1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Vestia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Vestia is an AI-powered fashion stylist application that provides:
- Virtual try-on using AI image processing
- Digital wardrobe management
- Personalized outfit suggestions
- AI style chat and fashion advice
3. User Accounts
- You must create an account to use Vestia
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier: Vestia offers a free tier with limited daily usage: 3 virtual try-ons per day, 5 AI chat messages per day, and up to 25 wardrobe items.
Vestia Premium: Premium subscribers receive unlimited access to all features. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed in the App and managed through Apple's App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You may manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of other people without their consent
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
- Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service
- Use automated tools to access the App without our written permission
6. User Content
By uploading photos or other content to Vestia:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant Uniqxel a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the services described in these Terms
- You confirm that you own or have the right to use the content you upload
- You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
7. AI-Generated Content
Vestia uses AI to generate outfit suggestions, try-on results, and style advice. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated results are for inspiration and visualization purposes only
- Results may not perfectly represent how a garment would look in person
- AI style advice does not constitute professional fashion consulting
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI recommendations
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Vestia — including but not limited to the software, design, logos, and text — are owned by Uniqxel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Vestia without our written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of Vestia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /vestia/privacy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIQXEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: the App will be uninterrupted or error-free; AI-generated results will be accurate or meet your expectations; the App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIQXEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting vestia@uniqxel.com. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uniqxel operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
