How does virtual try-on work?
Select "Generate My Outfit" from the home screen. In Step 1, upload a clear, front-facing photo of yourself. In Step 2, choose a clothing item from your camera, photo library, or wardrobe. Tap "Reveal My Look" and our AI will generate a realistic try-on result in about 10–20 seconds.
How many try-ons do I get for free?
Free accounts include 3 virtual try-ons per day. Vestia Premium subscribers get unlimited try-ons with no daily limits.
How do I add items to my wardrobe?
Go to the Wardrobe tab and tap the "+" button. Take a photo or select one from your library. Vestia automatically removes the background to give your item a clean, studio-quality look. You can then add a category, name, and other details.
Why is the background being removed from my wardrobe photos?
Background removal is a feature, not a bug. Vestia uses Apple's Vision framework to automatically remove backgrounds from clothing photos so your wardrobe looks clean and organized. This also improves virtual try-on quality when you select items from your wardrobe for a try-on.
How do I get the best try-on results?
For the best results: Use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting; stand against a plain background; for garment photos, use a flat-lay or hanger photo against a plain background; avoid heavily patterned backgrounds; make sure your full torso is visible.
What is the AI style quiz?
During onboarding, Vestia asks 5 quick questions about your everyday style, favorite colors, where you wear most of your outfits, what you wear most, and your fashion goal. Your answers personalize outfit suggestions and AI style chat from day one.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Vestia → tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I restore my purchase on a new device?
Yes. Download Vestia on your new device, sign in with the same account, and tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings. Your subscription and wardrobe data will be restored automatically.
Is my wardrobe data backed up?
Yes. Your wardrobe items, outfits, and style preferences are stored securely in the cloud and sync automatically. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, simply sign in to restore everything.
My try-on result doesn't look right. What should I do?
AI results can vary based on photo quality. Try again with a clearer photo of yourself and a cleaner garment image. If the issue persists, please contact us at vestia@uniqxel.com and include a description of the problem.
