2. Use of PlantMate
PlantMate is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The plant identification feature is provided for informational and educational purposes and should not be considered professional botanical advice. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
PlantMate uses artificial intelligence to identify plants and provide care information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-based identification is provided for reference purposes only and is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. You should not rely solely on PlantMate to identify potentially poisonous or harmful plants. Always consult a qualified botanist or poison control center if you suspect a plant may be dangerous.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of PlantMate require a subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed in-app before purchase. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, AI models, and technology in PlantMate are owned by Uniqxel. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the application without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
PlantMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Uniqxel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to any harm resulting from reliance on plant identification results.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of PlantMate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
