How do subscriptions work?

IslamGuide AI offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.


How can I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

 

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone

  2. Tap your name at the top

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Select IslamGuide AI

  5. Choose Cancel Subscription

 


I paid but Pro features are not unlocked

Please try the Restore Purchases option in the app.

If the issue continues, contact us via email.

If you have already subscribed and Pro features are not available:

 

  • Open the app

  • Go to Profile

  • Tap Restore Purchases

 


Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
