2. Use of Enzo
Enzo is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. The hairstyle previews generated by our AI are intended for reference purposes only and should be used as a visual guide when considering a new hairstyle. You may not use Enzo for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. AI Generated Results
Please be aware of the following regarding AI-generated hairstyle previews:
- All hairstyle results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly reflect real-world outcomes
- Actual salon results may vary depending on your hair type, texture, and stylist expertise
- Do not use AI-generated previews as a guarantee of final results
4. Photo Upload Guidelines
When uploading photos to Enzo, please follow these guidelines:
- A clear, front-facing photo is required for the best transformation results
- You must have the rights to any photos you upload — only use photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use
- Do not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
5. Subscriptions & Payments
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Enzo uses a credit-based system for hairstyle transformations. Credits can be purchased within the app and are subject to Apple's standard terms and refund policies. Subscription management and cancellation can be handled through your App Store account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Enzo — including but not limited to the AI models, design, graphics, and code — are owned by Uniqxel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Enzo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Uniqxel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with AI-generated hairstyle results or any decisions made based on those results.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app or on our website. Your continued use of Enzo after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
