Terms of Use - Enzo

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Enzo (the “App”), provided by UNIQXEL LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

 

1) The App and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region) to use the App. Enzo provides hairstyle and hair color previews generated from user-submitted photos.

 

2) User Content (Your Photos and Inputs)

You retain ownership of your photos and content (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and use it only to operate and improve the App, including generating results and troubleshooting.

You agree not to upload content that:

  • You don’t have the right to use

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights

  • Contains malware or attempts to disrupt the App

 

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the App

  • Bypass security or access controls

  • Use the App to generate or distribute unlawful content

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms.


 

4) AI-Generated Results Disclaimer

Results are generated by automated systems and may be imperfect. Lighting, angle, hair type, and image quality can affect outputs. Enzo is for preview/entertainment and decision support—not a guarantee of real-world outcomes.


 

5) Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions (if applicable)

Enzo may offer in-app purchases (credits) and/or subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms.

 

  • Credits (if offered) may have specific usage rules shown in the App.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

 

No refunds are provided by us directly. Refund requests must be handled through Apple, unless required by local law.

 

6) Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by UNIQXEL LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

 

7) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary for security, legal, or policy reasons.

 

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIQXEL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

 

9) “As Is” Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

 

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming - USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Wyoming - USA will have jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by law.

 

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and may notify you in the App. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
