How long do results take?
Most generations take 30–45 seconds, depending on demand and network speed.
I don’t see my results—what should I do?

Make sure you’re on a stable connection (Wi-Fi recommended).

Keep the app open while processing.

If a result is missing, try generating again.
What photo works best?

Front-facing or 3/4 angle
-
Good lighting (no heavy shadows)

Hair and face clearly visible

Avoid sunglasses/filters/blur
Can I delete my photos/results?
Yes. You can remove generated results and related data from within the app (if available) or email us with your Job ID and we’ll help.
Payments / subscriptions
If you purchased credits or a subscription and something looks wrong, please include:
