How long do results take?

Most generations take 30–45 seconds, depending on demand and network speed.

I don’t see my results—what should I do?

  • Make sure you’re on a stable connection (Wi-Fi recommended).

  • Keep the app open while processing.

  • If a result is missing, try generating again.

What photo works best?

  • Front-facing or 3/4 angle

  • Good lighting (no heavy shadows)

  • Hair and face clearly visible

  • Avoid sunglasses/filters/blur

Can I delete my photos/results?

Yes. You can remove generated results and related data from within the app (if available) or email us with your Job ID and we’ll help.

Payments / subscriptions

If you purchased credits or a subscription and something looks wrong, please include:

  • Apple ID purchase receipt (or screenshot from Subscriptions)

  • The email you used for Apple ID (optional)

  • Your device model + iOS version
