What is PlantMate?

 


PlantMate is an AI-powered plant identifier and health assistant.

From a single photo, it helps you:

 

  • Identify the plant species

  • Check visible health status

  • Get simple, actionable care tips

1. How does PlantMate work?

Take or upload a clear photo of your plant. Our AI analyzes the image and returns the plant’s possible species, a basic health assessment, and care suggestions.


2. Are the health results 100% accurate?

No. Health insights are AI-based estimates and should not replace professional botanical, agricultural, or pest control advice.


3. How do the 5 free monthly scans work?

Each user receives 5 free scans per month.

They:

 

  • Reset automatically every month

  • Include plant ID + health check + care tips

    You can purchase additional scans if needed (where available).

 


4. The result looks wrong. What should I do?

For best accuracy:

 

  • Use good lighting

  • Focus on the plant (no blur)

  • Include leaves and, if possible, the whole plant

    If results still look incorrect, please contact us with screenshots so we can review.

 


5. Is my data safe?

UNIQXEL only processes your data to provide PlantMate’s services and improve the experience.

6. How can I manage or cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed directly through:

 

  • App Store (Apple) or

  • Google Play Store

    Go to Subscriptions → PlantMate to manage or cancel.

Account & Data Deletion

 


If PlantMate uses accounts and you want your data deleted:

 

  1. Use the in-app Account / Delete Account option

    or

  2. Email support@uniqxel.com with the subject “Delete My PlantMate Account” and include:

     

    • The email you used in the app

    • Your request for full data deletion

     

 


UNIQXEL will delete associated data within a reasonable timeframe and confirm via email.
